2、监督餐厅的预算管理和成本控制。
Monitor the budget management and cost control.
3、处理顾客投诉和反馈,确保提供优质的服务。
Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure high-quality service.
4、培训和发展员工,提升团队的整体技能和服务水平。
Train and develop staff to improve overall team skills and service levels.
5、确保餐厅的卫生和安全符合标准,保证员工和顾客的安全。
Ensure the restaurant's hygiene and safety standards are met to ensure the safety of staff and customers.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,酒店管理或相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Hospitality Management or a related field.
2、至少5年餐厅管理经验,有高档餐厅管理经验者优先。
At least 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in high-end restaurants.
3、具备优秀的领导能力和团队管理能力。
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4、具备较强的财务管理和成本控制能力。
Strong financial management and cost control skills.
5、良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识。
Good communication skills and customer service awareness.
6、能够在高压环境下工作,具有解决问题的能力。
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
7、英语良好,可作为工作语言。
Good command of English, capable of using it as a working language.
