Responsibility:
1. Responsible for a full life cycle of Human Resources Business partners, compliance with labor laws & regulations, and corporate policy, including all HR practices for the company.
2. Implement HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes by working closely with all function heads and assisting line managers to understand all policies and procedures.
3. Provide HR guidance for disciplinary action and advise line manager regarding HRM functions, HR issues, and labor relations in line with company policies and best practices.
4. Collaborate with management teams to identify opportunities and areas for improvement to help the organization and its people perform better.
5. Keep up to date with trends and best practice in the HR areas.
6. Support other roles, projects, and operational issues within HR team as required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
2. At least 3 extensive experiences working in HRBP, HR Strategy and strong HR concept and excellent execution in the diversified workplace.
3. Good command of English and Chinese.
4. Good at analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-cultural communication skills.
