Job responsibility: 1. Assist GM to make annual hr plan of overseas subsidiaries according to business objectives; 2. Responsible for recruitment/training/motivation/ Retention of local employees; 3. Responsible for building and developing the overseas subsidiaries' HR system under the guidance of headquarter HR strategy and policies; 4.Establish HR policies and procedures of overseas subsidiaries, review and supervise their implementation; 5. Responsible for sorting and improving the overseas HR work flow and procedures; 6. Analyst overseas HR data and provide HR report to line manager regularly; 7. Provide Online support to overseas subsidiary when necessary, and assist in the local talent acquisition and management team build up. requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or psychology is preferred; 2. Solid experience in recruitment, ER, C&B, and training, well familiar with the local labor law and regulations; 3. 5 years working experience in HR field, overseas(American) HR background is a must ; 4. Fluent both in English and Chinese; 5. Logistics industry background is preferable. Work Place:America Salary:To be Negotiated
